  • 0 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0 - Crusty Bread
  • 1 tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 150 g St Killian
  • 1 clove SuperValu Garlic crushed


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
  2. Unwrap the St Killian from the packaging. Line a small, tight-fitting ovenproof dish with parchment paper and place the cheese in it.
  3. Score the top of the cheese with a sharp knife three or four times. Sprinkle with the wine or Martini, the garlic and the black pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
