Ingredients

  • 2 small Apple peeled,cored and chopped
  • 2 - SuperValu Apricots fresh, ripe, peeled and stoned

Method

  1. Put the apples and apricots in a pan and drizzle with a
    little water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover
    the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the fruit
    has softened. Allow to cool before blending to a fairly
    smooth purée.
