Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this Competition is Musgrave Limited trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, (the “Promoter”) having its place of business at Tramore Road, Cork.
  2. To be eligible to enter the competition each entrant must: a) be over 18 years of age, and c) be a resident of the Republic of Ireland.
  3. The competition opens on 14th June 2018. To enter the competition each entrant (having complied with conditions 2(a) and 2(b) inclusive) must: under the appropriate competition post on Supervalu.ie, answer the following question:  Who sponsors the Wild Air Run?  Super Milk; Super Man; Super Food.
  4. The closing date for receipt of entries is Wednesday 4th July 2018 at 11.59PM.
  5. Directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents of Glanbia and Musgrave and their subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  6. Only one entry permitted per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  7. The prize is a family pass (4 people) to the Avonmore Super Milk Wild Air Run at Fota House, Cork on the afternoon of July 14th. This date is non-transferable and tickets are not applicable for other times or dates.
  8. There are 20 prizes to be won.  Each prize consists of a group pass which allows entry for up to 4 people. The minimum age for participation at the Wild Air Run is 7 years of age.  The prize is non-transferable. No alternative prize or cash prize will be offered. Glanbia Ireland will not accept responsibility for defective goods and services won as prizes and any complaints must be referred to the respective supplier.
  9. The prize winners will be selected at random by Musgrave from valid entries received and their decision is final.
  10. The winners of the competition will be notified by Glanbia Ireland on Friday 6th July and will be asked to furnish their full name and postal address.
  11. All entrants to the Wild Air Run must sign a waiver form before participating in the race which is available at the entrance tent.
  12. The judges’ decision is final and binding on entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the winner notification within 5 days of notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
  14. Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Musgrave discovers before the distribution of the prize that for any reason under these terms and conditions a winner should have been ineligible to enter the competition or if the entry should have been declared invalid, Musgrave reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified.
  15. Glanbia Ireland or Musgrave accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in the Competition or participating in the Wild Air Run and they do and they do so at their own risk. Glanbia Ireland and Musgrave bears no responsibility for any/all liabilities howsoever arising in relation to this competition or when participating in this event, including without limitation any direct or indirect loss, or damage arising from this competition, or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
  16. Glanbia Ireland or Musgrave may not be held liable for any breakdowns, accidents, faults or technical complications in relation to this competition. Avonmore does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to delays or malfunctions of the Internet; misdirected entries; any problems, delays or technical malfunctions of any telephone, broadband or other network or of lines, computer online systems, servers, computers, or other equipment or software; failure of any entry to be received; or any damage to the entrants or any other persons computer, other equipment or software resulting from participation in the competition.
  17. Glanbia Ireland and Musgrave reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the competition or alter the specification of the competition prize without prior notice. Musgrave reserves the right at any stage to extend the promotion period.
  18. Entrants consent to the disclosure of their name as a winner (if successful). The name of the winner may be obtained by any entrant to the competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Avonmore Marketing Dept, Glanbia Ireland, 3008 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24. The winner may be required to take part in publicity. By accepting the prize, a winner grants, and Musgrave reserves, the right to use information relating to a winner, including their name and the contents of their submission, in any publicity both in paper and online. The winner may be required to contribute content to the Avonmore Facebook page. This will be subject to editing and approval by Glanbia Ireland and Musgrave.
  19. Entry into the competition will be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the entrant.
  20. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.com.
  21. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to release Facebook.com, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the competition or from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.
  22. Any entrant found to use multiple accounts on Facebook to enter the competition will be ineligible.
  23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Ireland with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this competition.
