These easy to prepare gem cups make for the perfect starter.

For the Nut Sauce
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
0.5 - SuperValu Orange
zest and juice
1 pinch Black Pepper
300 g Cooked Turkey
1 pinch Salt
1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Chives
50 g SuperValu Goodness Pistachio Nuts
2 head SuperValu Little Gem Lettuce
0.5 - SuperValu Pomegranate
1. Mix together the ingredients for the nut sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Remove any broken outer leaves from the Baby Gems and discard. Break off any of the larger leaves to fill.
3. Place the Bay Gem leaves on a serving platter. Fill with the turkey, a pinch of salt and pepper and a heaped teaspoon of the nut sauce. Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds, pistachios and chives and serve straight away.
