What will stop me getting Real Rewards points?

Good to know

• The Real Rewards points displayed are subject to change both up and down at any time.
• TUI Real Rewards points can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
• Unless otherwise stated expect Real Rewards points for this retailer to appear within 24 hours. Transactions are usually confirmed approximately 35 days after the event date, with the exception of a travel site where points will be confirmed approximately 45 - 60 days after your completed stay.
• TUI Points are available through eShops on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
• Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning Real Rewards points may be limited.

What to do when

• The vast majority of transactions from brands track successfully, however occasionally a transaction may not get reported.
