What will stop me getting Real Rewards points?

  • Using a promotional/voucher code
  • Real Rewards points for eir products are only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are over 18 years of age. Maximum of one transaction per customer.
  • All elements of the qualifying bundle purchased must be active for fourteen (14) consecutive days, completing the cooling off period, before the new customer is eligible for the Real Rewards points. No points will be awarded if the purchase is cancelled during the 14 day period
  • Real Rewards cannot be claimed on Phone only or Broadband only sales.
  • Gift card purchases may be excluded from being awarded Real Rewards Points.

Good to know

  • The Real Rewards points displayed are subject to change both up and down at any time.
  • eir New Customer Real Rewards points can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.

What to do when
