To ask us a question about collecting points on eShops, or to get help with a problem in your eShops account please click here. Please include your Real Rewards card number.

For any Points queries where the brand hasn't reported the points or it has been reported differently than expected please click here. Please note transactions can take up to 7 days to appear in your account so please do not submit a query within 7 days of your purchase. If you have waited longer than 7 days please click here.

For all points queries please ensure that you send us the following information. Without this we will be unable to process your query:

  • Your Full Name
  • Real Rewards card number
  • The name of the website you purchased on
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) purchased
  • Total purchase value
  • Points expected to collect (for example 2 points per Euro spent)
  • Type of query (points not tracked or points showing incorrectly)
  • If points are showing incorrectly then please state the points received and points expected
  • Any additional information (e.g. stay dates, rental dates for travel bookings).
