West of ireland seaweed kitchen

Husband & wife team, Richard & Rachel, learned of the potential of seaweed while living in sunny Australia. Upon returning to Ireland they set up Arranagh Foods, Arranagh being the homeplace of Richard’s grandfather who was a member of the first Dail, which connected with the 100thAnniversary of 1916.

Under the name Saile, meaning sea water, they produce a range of seaweed based snack mixes. They are so healthy, easy to make at home (by adding 1 or no ingredients) & taste great. People can get back to baking in their own kitchens again, including with kids, using seaweed & wholesome ingredients.

Supervalu, via the Food Academy, have been central to Saile becoming such an exciting reality.
