Established in 2012, West Cork Pies uses only the best Irish reared and grown ingredients, including pork from our own free range pigs to make premium quality pork pies, scotch eggs, meat pies, pates, terrines and savoury tarts. We make everything by hand to traditional methods and only use natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. All produce is sold cooked, chilled and ready to eat or re-heat.

Absolutely everything we sell is made from the raw ingredients with care and pride, by hand, by the team in our kitchen in Schull, West Cork, and prepared freshly for our market stalls and retailers. Everything is fully traceable from farm to fork. Quality is paramount and we won’t compromise on that to bring cheap products to market. We use only use prime cuts of meat from Bord Bia approved farms, locally sourced vegetables and all pastry is made in-house using free-range eggs. Where possible, we source our ingredients direct from the producer ensuring the money goes directly to them. What you’ll get from West Cork Pies are good quality, premium products full of substantial amounts of natural ingredients and devoid of bulking agents, additives or preservatives.
