Tracy is a bespoke sugar craft artists who has lived in Ballincollig, Co. Cork all of her life. After encouragement from her family, she combined her fantastic artistic talents with her love of baking and launched her business in 2013. She makes delicious homemade celebration cakes, catering for all special occasions. Having received much local acclaim for her chocolate biscuit cake, she launched her first two flavours of milk and white chocolate biscuit cake through the Food Academy in 2015. She presents these as a heat or eat option, in clever gift packaging, suitable to offer as a gift or simply enjoy at home.
The Food Academy programme has afforded Tracy a wealth of business knowledge that was simply not available to her previously. With professional advice in all areas of her small business, her product is now the result of all the hard work put in by both herself and her food academy colleagues.
With a demand that's currently impossible for her to fulfill as a sole trader, she looks forward to working with SuperValu to bring her business to the next level. There are even some new delicious flavours on the horizon.
