Being the 3rd generation of Artisan cheese producers in Venezuela, there was not a doubt we needed to bring forward to Ireland our Fresh cheese using only the tastiest milk of Galway.
We have been in incubation for a year trying to find the right milk for our young cheese, now we have been happily operating from our own production unit since Nov. 2016. We source the milk from our local farmer, using the milk of three different breeds to produce the real taste of a Venezuelan Cheese, fresh, tasty and high on Proteins.
