Roll It All Butter
Roll It Pastry is an award winning all butter ready to roll pastry suitable for making sweet and savoury tarts and pies. Roll It pastry is made using quality Irish butter and other quality ingredients produced in Ireland including free range eggs.
We have four products in our range, all butter puff pastry, all butter sweet shortcrust pastry, all butter plain shortcrust pastry and all butter gluten free shortcrust pastry.
Seeing the need for a good quality ready to roll butter pastry Mairead developed her products, following a family recipe, and in 2013 she launched Roll It pastry from her home kitchen. With the support of her Local Enterprise Office and the Supervalu Food Academy Programme the number of Supervalu stores stocking Roll It Pastry has continued to grow and she now operates out of her own purpose built commercial kitchen.
Roll It Pastry has picked up a number of prestigious awards in the last couple of years. More recently in 2021 we have picked up a gold for our gluten free pastry at the 2021 Blas awards as well as a Chefs Choice award for our all butter puff pastry
