In 2002, brothers Martin, Mark and Magic opened a bakery in the village of Karsko, Poland using a rented oven at the local mill. They were experimental in their methods and tastes and began to produce their first bread for sale.
In 2005, all three brothers moved to Ireland and began to explore Irish bakery culture and recipes. After just one year they opened a bakery in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This is a real family affair and the brothers now run a thriving bakery, producing wholesome and authentic baked good, using finest ingredients, all baked with Polish perfection.
The Breadski Brothers are passionate about baking and committed to 'Breaducation' - spreading their authentic and responsible baking message to the world. Part of their commitment is to make a sales-based donation to the Mary's Meals charity, which sets up school feeding programmes in poverty stricken communities.
SuperValu Food Academy program has helped the bakery bring their products to a larger market and the brothers are thankful for that. Their broad range of products is currently available across 50+ SuperValu stores nationwide and they’re doing well.
