Ian is a multi-award winning chocolatier, producing premium handmade single origin chocolate. He lives in Bandon with his wife and two children and comes from a construction background.

When the recession hit, Ian retrained in chocolate with a former client, while growing the business from a small room at home and developing the Milsean brand in specialty shops, markets and festivals. Now in the Food Academy, and with help and support of LEO North & West. Milsean is developing into a fast growing chocolate business
