In 2015 I started a home baking business in the UK. My products were gluten free pies, cakes, biscuits and crackers which I sold in local health shops and markets. In the meantime my daughter Niki was born and we moved with my husband to Ireland (March 2017). After this short break I really wanted to get back in the kitchen and create something different, interesting, gluten free and healthy: A cracker for every moment of the day! It was very important for me to use my favourite ingredient in the world, so I brought my extra virgin olive oil from Crete(Greece) where I come from. This Cretan olive oil is travelling all the way from Greece to Cork where our flaxseed rounds are prepared with care in a dedicated gluten free facility.
