This delicious recipe by Ursula Walsh of 'Mom Fitness Diary' is made with SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna. You can serve it with brown rice instead of crackers for a meal instead of canapes.

1 handfull Fresh Parsley Leaves
1 - Red Onion
1 pinch Sea Salt
season to taste
0.5 - SuperValu Cucumber
half, finely chopped
2 - SuperValu Lemons
1 jar SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna
1 - SuperValu Tomato
This super simple recipes just involves:
1. Finely chopping the cucumber, red onion, parsley and tomato.
2. Juicing two lemons.
3. Add of all these ingredients to a mixing bowl along with two tins of Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna and a pinch of sea salt.
4. Mix all of the ingredients together and let the tuna absorb the lemon for at least 20 minutes.
Adding a chopped chili or a few chili flakes gives this dish a delicious kick.
