  1. Drain the tuna, pop it into a bowl and add the mayo and mustard.
  2. Put the avocado, apple, tomato, celery and scallion in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the tuna mix, sprinkle on walnuts and add salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe goes great with Affligem - a blonde Belgian Abbey Ale, medium in strength with honey, sweet hoppy flavours and a lingering hoppy finish.
