Ingredients

Serves: 6 people

  • 150 g Currants
  • 150 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 bottle Grifon Prosecco Frizante 75cl
    (750ml)
  • 200 ml Peach Schnapps
  • 4 sprig SuperValu Fresh Mint
  • 1 - SuperValu Nectarine
    thinly sliced
  • 150 g SuperValu Raspberries
  • 250 g SuperValu Strawberries

Method

  1. Place the berries, sliced nectarine and mint in a large jug with the peach schnapps and allow to infuse for up to 30 minutes.
  2. Add the Prosecco just before serving.
