Strawberry And Banana Yogurt Pops


Just when you thought you were done with school lunches, the kids need power food for summer camps and summer play and these pops are perfect.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes


Serves: 8 people

  • 1 - Banana
  • 500 ml Greek Yoghurt
  • 5 tbsp Orange Juice
    or juice of 1 large orange
  • 250 g SuperValu Strawberries
    hulled and halved


  1. Put the strawberries and banana in a small bowl and mash with a fork, then stir in the orange juice.
  2. Place a small amount of the fruit mixture in the bottom of each ice pop mould before spooning some Greek yogurt on top. Layer the fruit and yogurt into each mould until they have both been used up. Place in the freezer to set and enjoy later on.
