Stawberry Mojito
Refreshing strawberry mojito cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 pack Ice
- 2 - Lime
- 2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Mint
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Granulated Sugar
- 600 ml SuperValu Sparkling Water
- 12 - SuperValu Strawberries
- 250 ml White Rum
Method
- Muddle the strawberries, limes and sugar in a large jug
- Bruise the mint leaves and add to the jub with a pinch of black pepper
- Add lots of ice and stir in the rum and sparkling water
- Separate between glasses & enjoy
