2 - Carrots
peeled and chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1.5 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 - Onion
peeled and sliced
1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1 - SuperValu Chillies
100 g SuperValu Fresh Coriander
2 - SuperValu Quality Irish Pork Chops
cut into strips with fat removed
100 g Wholegrain Rice
- Combine the pork, garlic, soy sauce, cumin and chopped red chilli in a bowl.
- Into a pot of boiling water, place wholegrain rice and cook until light and fluffy.
- In a wok heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the onion and carrots, and cook until crisp.
- Add the pork mixture and cook until browned on the bottom (about 2 minutes). Stir until cooked through.
- Serve with the rice.
