Spicy chickpeas recipe


A great gluten free snack.

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes


Serves: 4 people


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. 
  2. Place the chickpeas on a roasting tray and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Combine the curry powder and cumin in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle the chickpeas with the oil and sprinkle on the spices before tossing to ensure they are evenly coated.
  5. Roast in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until crispy and golden. Eat straight away or allow to cool.
