A great gluten free snack.
Serves: 4 people
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6.
- Place the chickpeas on a roasting tray and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Combine the curry powder and cumin in a bowl.
- Drizzle the chickpeas with the oil and sprinkle on the spices before tossing to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Roast in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until crispy and golden. Eat straight away or allow to cool.
