Everyone has heard of the wet marinade, well here's a dry marinade. Why not try it on striploin, sirloin or even lamb chops.

Dry Rub Marinade


  1. Place all the spices into a medium sized mortar and pestle and give them a good grind.
  2. Rub the steak with the spice blend and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Place the steak onto the barbecue and cook for 5 – 8 minutes, then turn and cook to your liking.
  4. Allow the meat to rest before serving.
