Simply Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients
- 150 g Caster Sugar
- 0 - Ice Cubes
- 1 sprig SuperValu Fresh Mint
- 3 - SuperValu Lemon juiced
- 750 ml SuperValu Sparkling Water chilled
- 500 g SuperValu Strawberries
Method
- Place the strawberries in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl combine the sugar and lemon juice, allow the sugar to dissolve in the liquid then add to the strawberry purée.
- Carefully pour in the sparkling water and pulse quickly to combine.
- Pour into a large jug or bottle.
- To serve, pour the lemonade over ice into glasses, top with some fresh mint and serve immediately.
