Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 1 - Banana
    - roughly chopped
  • 110 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Honey
  • 110 g SuperValu Honeydew Melon
    - cubed
  • 0 - SuperValu Lemon
    - the juice of
  • 110 g SuperValu Raspberries
  • 110 g SuperValu Strawberries

Method

My GAA Winning Taste of Summer is a simple, but super healthy mixed berry smoothie. It always sets me up for the day - especially on the morning of a match... Take a picture of your attempt and share using #SVwinningtaste or enter online to be in with a chance of winning great prizes!

  1. Blend in a food processor until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass.
  3. And enjoy!

This makes approx 800ml of a very yummy smoothie!

    Delicious but I didn't use any honey ~ sweet from the natural fruit sugars
