  1. To a pot of boiling water, add the rice and cook until light and fluffy.
  2. Place the oil in a wok or large pan on medium to high heat.
  3. Add the curry paste and garlic. Cook it out for 2 mins.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables to wok and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
  5. Add the steak to the pan and cook until brown.
  6. Take the pan off the heat to add the coconut milk and lime juice.
  7. Put back on a low heat to simmer for 5 mins.
  8. Place cooked rice on plate and cover with beef curry.
