Very pleased with the result. I added sweetcorn and halved the ingredients for two people., and there was still enough left to freeze for another portion

Can this be made in advance prior to putting it in the oven?

    Hi Jo,
Is your child lactose or dairy intolerant? There are vegetable or soy cheeses available which would be ok and other dairy alternatives like crème fraiche are available but if your child is diary intolerant this wouldn’t work.

Have a child with an allergy to cheese. Is there anything that I can substitute in this or other recipes?
