Ingredients
- 1 - Grapefruit to garnish
- 1 handfull Ice
- 50 ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
- 150 ml Tonic Water
Method
Pour 50 ml Roe & Co into glass. Fill Glass with Ice. Pour 150ml of Soda or Tonic (or mix of both) in over the Roe & Co and ice. Gently stir. Garnish with a freshly cut wedge of Grapefruit and a zest of Grapefruit oil from the skin.
