Serves: 4 people
Add all ingredients Select All
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the potatoes and garlic on a large baking tray for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Scoop the potatoes out of their skins and peel the garlic.
- Mash together with some stock and serve.
Storage & Texture:
4mths - Only suitable if your baby can take some texture. Mash potato do not blend.
6-9mths – Mashed with some texture. - Store in your 3oz or 4oz Babypotz
9-12mths – Mashed with soft lumps. - Store in your 5oz or 6oz Babypotz
