Chicken Stock Cube
/Homemade Salt-Free Stock/Baby Chicken Stock
- Skin, de-seed and chop the pumpkin.
- Slice the carrots and the onion.
- Place the onions and carrots in a sauce pan and add the stock and simmer for approx 10 min's until the carrots have softened slightly.
- Add the pumpkin and the milk and simmer for a further 10 min's.
- Allow to cool, when cool, place in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and season if necessary.
