- Peel and chop carrots and parsnips and place in a steamer for 15-20 mins to soften.
- Cook the plaice fillets as per instructions on bag, either in the microwave or oven.
- Check carefully for bones.
- Combine the plaice, carrots and parsnips in a bowl and mash.
- Add a small bit of butter and seasoning.
- Add breast or formula milk to thin if needed
