Method

1. Cook pasta following packet directions. 

2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add chilli and garlic and cook for 30 second to 1 minute.

3. Add the ham and peas and cook for a further 1 minute or until softened.

4. Drain the pasta and add to the pan along with the crumbled feta and fresh mint. Toss to combine and Season with salt and pepper. Check the season and serve immediately.
