Serves: 2 people
Add all ingredients Select All

0.5 tsp Ground Turmeric
or 2cm piece of fresh turmeric -
2 - SuperValu Carrot
cut into chunks. -
3 slices SuperValu Fresh Ginger
-
2 - SuperValu Orange
peeled and pips removed.
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Cover with cold water and a few ice cubes, if using, and blitz until smooth.
- Drink immediately.
Tip:
If your oranges aren't sweet, you could add a spoonful of maple syrup to the mix.
