Irish Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts are a great source of fibre, Vitamin C and folic acid. When cooking whole cut an "X" into the base to ensure they cook evenly. Sneak leftover sprouts into bubble and squeak, add plenty of mash and bind together - the kids will never know!

Try Something Different

Shred the sprouts and pan-fry in a little butter with pine nuts and bacon for 4-5 minutes.
