Broccoli has become more popular with Irish families in recent years and it's easy to see why! Not only is broccoli delicious, it is also packed with Vitamins A & C and is a fantastic source of fibre. But be careful not to overcook it! Either steam gently or stir fry quickly to maintain the nutrients.
