Siobhan Berry of www.mummycooks.ie shares her recipe for Mummy Cooks Meatballs.
Serves: 4 people
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 - Eggs
0.5 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 - Onion
0.5 tbsp Paprika
1 - Red Pepper
500 g SuperValu Irish Beef Mince
0.5 tbsp SuperValu Oregano
- In a large bowl combine the pepper, onion and spices, add in the mince and the egg and mix thoroughly.
- With your hands roll the mixture into meatballs.
Heat a large pan with some olive oil, add the meat balls and allow to brown for about a minute before reducing the heat and cooking for 4 minutes.
- Turn up the heat, and turn over the meatballs allow to brown on the opposite side for about a minute before again turning down the heat and cooking for another 4-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy with our Hidden Veg Sauce.
