Serves: 4 people
0 - Black Pepper
0.5 clove Garlic
0.5 - Lemon
35 g Parmesan Cheese
100 ml SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Basil
50 g SuperValu Pine Nuts
- Lightly toast your pine nuts and allow to cool.
- Add your garlic and basil leaves to the blender. Pulse then add your pine nuts and pulse again. Transfer to a bowl.
- Next add in your grated parmesan and gently stir in the olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and add some more oil if required.
