Jerk Chicken
This recipe goes great with Cute Hoor pale ale.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ground Allspice
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 1.25 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp SuperValu Ground Nutmeg
- 4 - SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Legs 4’s
- 3 - SuperValu Scallions diced
- 0.25 tsp Vinegar
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients except the chicken in a food processor.
- Coat the chicken in the blended mixture and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, or an hour if you have the time.
- Pre-heat the oven to 220oC. Cook the marinated chicken for 40 minutes, flipping once.
