Herb-Crusted Salmon

  1. If baking straight away, preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with tin foil. 
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, herbs and melted butter in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Place the salmon on the lined tray, skin side down. Spread the horseradish over the salmon, then spoon the breadcrumb mixture over, pressing the crumbs into the horseradish. The salmon can be prepared up to this point and refrigerated until you’re ready to bake. 
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
