Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 3 - Banana
  • 1 handfull Dark Chocolate
    melted
  • 2 oz Desiccated Coconut
  • 100 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 6 - Skewers

Method

  1. Slice each of the bananas in half and insert the kebab skewers into them like ice pops.
  2. Taking one at a time, cover the banana in yogurt.
  3. Then, roll the banana in desiccated coconut.
  4. Lay the banana flat on a baking tray and take a cocktail stick to draw on the ghost face.
  5. Place in the freezer until solid.
