Granola bar recipe

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Fruit Purée
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cups Porridge Oats
  • 1 handfull Raisins
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Goodness Flax Seed
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Goodness Pecan Nuts
    chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Goodness Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp SuperValu Ground Almonds
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Pine Nuts


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place the coconut oil or butter in a small sauce pan over a low heat until melted, add in puree and honey/maple syrup and heat gently.
    Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients and place in either a silicone or parchment lined baking tray.
    Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before cutting into squares.
