Garlic & Thyme Camembert


Oh, yummy! You'll not be able to resist such a delicious dish!

Serves: 0 people

  • 0 - Black Pepper
  • 0 - Breadsticks
  • 1 box Camembert
  • 2 tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 0 - Sea Salt
  • 4 cloves SuperValu Garlic
    peeled and thinly sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Remove all inner packaging from the cheese and place the cheese back in the wooden box.
  3. Tie string around the box to ensure it is secure.
  4. Cut 4 – 5 deep cuts into the cheese and insert in the garlic into the openings.
  5. Drizzle over the wine.
  6. Bake on a baking tray for 18 – 20 minutes until gooey.
  7. Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cut into the cheese and peel back the rind, dip in your bread and pop in your mouth, delicious!
