Barbecued portobello mushrooms lightly drizzled with a herby oil.

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
1 clove SuperValu Garlic
2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
1 tsp SuperValu Parsley
4 large SuperValu Portobello Mushrooms
0 - SuperValu Salt
- Preheat the barbecue until medium-high.
- Pour the oil into a bowl and mix with garlic, herbs and seasoning. Brush the mushrooms with the flavoured oil, place onto the barbecue. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if using.
