Gremolata can be used as a zinging condiment on just about anything.

0handfullSuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
400gSuperValu Fusilli Pasta
1tbspSuperValu Olive Oil
0 - SuperValu Salt
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
When there is just 5 minutes left of the pasta cooking time add the courgette and broccoli.
While the pasta is cooking prepare the gremolata. Combine all the gremolata ingredients except the olive oil. This condiment is dry and you sprinkle it on top.
If you want to make extra it will last longer if you combine it with the olive oil or you can leave out the oil and sprinkle it like salt and pepper, though this dish will need a glug of oil for moisture.
