1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Line a 20cm to 24cm round cake tin with non-stick baking paper.
2. Place the liver in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, eggs and water until it forms astir paste. Add the paste to the food
processor or blender and pulse to mix thoroughly. Transfer to the lined cake tin and spread the top level with the back of the spoon. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
3. Allow to cool completely, then break into small pieces for your dog.
4. This may be stored in an airtight container for up to three days
