These fun dipping jars are great for school lunch boxes and will encourage kids to eat more fruit and veg.

Serves: 6 people
1. Beat the icing sugar and coconut oil together. Divide the mixture between three bowls.
2. Add the peanut butter to bowl 1, the cocoa powder to bowl 2 and the lime zest and 1 tablespoon of lime juice to bowl 3.
Mix each bowl well.
3. Dress the vegetable and fruit sticks with the remaining lime juice.
