Dingle gin mojito cocktail


Distilled with wild botanicals from their own locality in Co. Kerry, Dingle Gin has an incredible balabce of the herbal and floral tastes of Munster. This recipe is for one serve, but multiply the ingredients accordingly if you have guests.

Serves: 1 person


  1. Juice half the lime and thinly slice the other half. Stir the lime juice and sugar in a long glass until combined. Drop in the mint leaves and lightly press them with the back of a spoon. Pour in the gin and fill the glass with ice. Add the cucumber and lime slices and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
