Curried Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup


A delicious hearty and healthy soup - a perfect Winter warmer!

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Add all ingredients Select All


  1. Sweat off vegetables in a little bit of butter, curry paste and some fresh herbs.
  2. Add in coconut milk and some water and bring vegetables to a boil and then a simmer.
  3. Mix in additional liquid if required, blitz and return to the heat.
  4. Serve
