Crispy Beef Tempura


Simple and delicious!

Cooking time: 15 minutes


Serves: 4 people

  • 1 - Blue Dragon Crispy Chilli Beef
  • 135 g SuperValu Babycorn and Sugarsnaps
  • 400 g SuperValu Carrot Batons
  • 450 g SuperValu Sirloin Stir Fry Strips
  • 250 ml Vegetable Oil


  1. Toss together the beef strips with the contents of the Blue Dragon jar and some salt & pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep frying pan and shallow fry the beef until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  3. Drain the oil from the pan, fry the carrot batons, babycorn and sugar snaps in the residual oil.
  4. Fry until fully warmed through.
  5. Heat the sauce and drizzle over the beef and vegetables.
