Really delicious option to have for a school lunch. Works just as well in a crusty roll.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 2 - Bacon Rashers
  • 2 slice Bread
  • 1 dstspn Mayonnaise
  • 0 - SuperValu Mixed Lettuce
  • 2 large SuperValu Tomato
    sliced

Method

  1. Grill rashers until crispy. Spread the bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Then layer on lettuce, tomato and bacon and cover with the second slice of bread.
  3. Press down lightly and quarter.
